I will say that I am inordinately fond of jrock, specifically visual kei. Dir en grey has managed to claw its way to #1, but I also love Aliene Ma'riage, Da'vid shito:aL, Lareine, and Malice Mizer.

This is really simple, and it didn't last long on my blog. I didn't try anything new - I just wanted to replace the Dir en grey one. For all the slapdash attitude, I think it didn't come out too badly.
The image of Sin presented a problem because I couldn't "cut it out" of the background. I would've ruined his hair in the process, so I had to work around that. I decided that the best way to do it was cut and fade. I carefully erased the background along Sin's left shoulder, leaving his hand as it was. I then picked a neutral brown color that worked well with the background and blended it with the remaining background by adding a layer mask to the picture of Sin. I added some black curliques a la vbrush and foof! Quickie layout!
