Blog diarrhea

Alright... sorry for the lack of posts. The day before yesterday, I had nothing to say, and yesterday my parents monopolized the phone line, so. And now I have a lot of things to report. Unless I lose patience and just give up, this will be a long post, but no where near as deep as the one below. Gomen ne.

girl on spring break 04

In chronological order:

I finally capitulated and eight other Dir en grey MP3s joined "Cage" on my playlist. I'm beginning to think that Deg is an acquired taste because I've listened to these songs multiple times, and only now have they caught on. The majority of the songs are from the album Gauze.

This is going to take some explaining because I never mentioned it before. There's a very good youth symphony in the city, and my sister and I auditioned. To make a long story short, the audition was yesterday. I screwed up twice - both during my solo piece, Saint-Saen's concerto number one in A minor. Damn memory slips. Well, regardless, when we got home my (now former ;_;) teacher called. He's the cello coach for the orchestra, and he's one of the ones that decides who makes the cut and who doesn't. But he called us to tell my mum that both me and my sister got in. And not because we're both (former T_T) students of his; the conductor wanted both of us. Now, I'm not supposed to tell because letters are being sent out next week, but oh well. I'm not sure if I'm happy or not.

And today, about an hour ago, while I was watching the Utena tapes Erin lent me, a Gundam Wing anthology doujinshi arrived in the mail. ^_^ List price is 880 yen, and I got it for $4 plus $2 shipping. And it's practically brand new. ^_^ Good deal. I love eBay. *huggles*

I have nothing more to say. o_o
